With the rapid development of wireless communications,the user experience demand of transmission rate and delay increases continuously.The architecture and deployment of the traditional distributed base station eNodeB has been unable to support the increasingly large and complex network.In order to meet the future need of 100 times growth of transmission rate,1000 times growth of the data traffic and 100 billion devices interconnection and business diversification in future mobile communication,Cloud access network was proposed as the access network structure for next generation 5G.People pay more attention to the new front-haul network architecture which combines C-RAN and PON.Additionally,in order to decrease service delay and improve the user experience,the advanced network architecture,resource allocation mechanism and algorithm have also become research hotspot.This paper focuses on Coordinated Multi-point technology(CoMP),the future 5G front-haul network architecture and resource allocation.The content of research work and main innovation points in this paper is summarized as the following aspects:1).The paper describes the development and future trend of wireless communication,and expounds the structure and key implementation technologies of C-RAN and PON,and puts forward the 5G front-haul network integration scheme based on C-RAN and PON.2).with the centralization of the processing unit,the miniaturization and intensive of the base station under the new architecture,the paper proposes a coordinated multi-point transmission mechanism under the 5G front-haul network architecture,and proposes a wavelength bandwidth allocation algorithm aware of service priority and service types.3).As the single point to multipoint structure cannot meet the demand of the more and more service types and complex application scenarios of the mobile Internet,the paper also proposes the network structure of WDM-MLMO-PON:with the use of NFV and SDN technology,Network slicing are formed to serve for specified business or scene in the same physical front-haul network architecture.Through the network simulation and data analysis,coordinated multi-point mechanism and algorithm can enhance user throughput and reduce delay to enhance the user experience in the 5G front-haul network.WDM-MLMO-PON network structure,mechanism and algorithm based on network slicing also can reduce the delay and improve the utilization efficiency of network resource.
