Centrifugal rotation test bench is a centrifugal machine that is loaded with centrifugal acceleration generated by high-speed rotation on the test piece to simulate the acceleration environment of the test piece.It is an important measure for ground laboratories to test the performance indicators of missiles or missile key components under overloaded environment.one.According to the principle of centripetal acceleration,in order to obtain an accurate and stable acceleration environment,it is particularly important to control the rotation speed of the centrifuge,that is,to control the rotation speed of the motor.In this paper,based on the practical application background,based on the vector control technology,using a variety of control strategies,the mathematical model of the vector control system of the asynchronous motor is established.After MATLAB/Simulink simulation,the effectiveness of relevant control strategies was verified and theoretical support was provided.Firstly,the mathematical models of asynchronous motor in three-phase coordinate system,two-phase stationary coordinate system and synchronous rotating coordinate system are established respectively.The basic principle of vector control technology of asynchronous motor is introduced,and the vector of asynchronous motor oriented by rotor field is determined.Mathematical model of control technology.Secondly,the basic principles of the ADRC proposed by Mr.Han Jingqing are introduced.The auto-disturbance rejection control technology does not depend on the precise mathematical model of the controlled object.It categorizes the effects of the system internal disturbance and untested external disturbance on the controlled object as the total disturbance to the system.The extended state observer is used to estimate the total disturbance in real time and give it Compensation is very robust.Thirdly,the design method of sliding joint variable structure control is studied,and a sliding joint variable structure controller for asynchronous motor vector control is designed.Synovial variable structure control technology is a kind of robust control algorithm,which has low requirements on the mathematical model of the controlled object,is insensitive to parameter perturbation and external disturbance,has quick response,simple design and easy implementation.The PI controller of asynchronous motor vector control system was designed.The speed loop current loop of the system was controlled by four PI controllers.Finally,the MATLAB/Simulink simulation software was used to simulate the vector control system of asynchronous motor based on ADRC and sliding diaphragm variable structure control,respectively.
