Wheat is the most important food crop in the north of China.Its sown area and output are second only to rice,ranking second in the country.The harvest of wheat production has a very important impact on food security of Chinese.Wheat rust is the most serious disease in wheat production in China.In recent years,the occurrence and damage degree has been increasing year by year.It is the key to predicting and controlling wheat rust by realizing intelligent identification and disease remote intelligent monitoring of wheat rust pathogens.It is of great significance to develop intelligent disease monitoring equipment and realize real-time monitoring of wheat rust.In this study,taking the wheat rust as the research object,Starting from the developing of pulse-cloud intelligent spore capture instrument,Through the comparison of photometric determination and microimaging of different materials,the acrylic material is selected as the most suitable material for the glass slide.Different frequency pulse control stepping motor is used to screen ball screw,the Pulse frequency is 400,the ball screw type is 12-04,The system has achieved high-resolution microscopy.A comparative study of two different approaches to the spore capture apparatus,the best way of downcast air is clear.Finally,the development of the pulse-cloud intelligent spore capture instrument was completed,This is the first intelligent pathogen spore capture device with pulse signal as the control signal,It provides an important hardware foundation for the identification and remote monitoring of wheat rust pathogen.Opencv software was used to extract the microscopic image of uredospore of wheat rust,SQL Server 2008 software was used to build the uredospore characteristic database of wheat rust,Deeplearning software transforms database information into computer Deeplearning network model.These works provide important data support for the automatic identification and remote monitoring of wheat rust.The pulse-cloud intelligent spore capture instrument was compared with the traditional spore capture instrument,demonstrates the feasibility of using the pulse cloud intelligent spore catcher to replace the traditional spore capture instrument,The field application scheme of pulse cloud intelligent spore catcher is explored,Relationship between Surveillance data and Disease Index of wheat rust in field.Finally,the recognition accuracy of uredospore of wheat rust pathogen was 83.14%.Based on the correlation between the number of pathogen spores and the index of wheat rust disease in the field,the automatic identification and remote intelligent monitoring of the pathogen of wheat rust was preliminarily realized.In this study,the first intelligent spores catcher with pulse signal as the control signal was developed,and the traditional disease identification and monitoring methods were combined with the modern Internet of things technology,the computer depth learning technology,the cloud computing technology and so on.It has filled the gap in the field of identification and remote monitoring of wheat rust by intelligent equipment,and has great significance for improving the management level of wheat disease and the healthy development of agriculture that the automatic identification of the pathogen of wheat rust and the remote intelligent monitoring of the disease are realized.
