As a major province of grain production,Shandong has been ranked second of the country's grain output for many years.The yield of winter wheat and summer maize ranks the first in the main grain crops in Shandong province.At present,the agricultural climate resources in China have restricted crop production to a great extent,in which the temperature and temperature conditions have a great influence on the interannual fluctuation of grain yield and the distribution of the spatial pattern of production.With the maturity of GIS technology,GIS technology is gradually applied in the construction of agricultural information.The development of WebGIS also promotes the networking development of agricultural information.Through the combination of geographic information system and crop growth model,the quantitative study of crop productivity under various land use schemes and the improvement of crop production potential have become an important research topic in the process of agricultural production.This paper is based on the national key research and development plan "the optimal allocation of wheat and corn annual light temperature resources and the study of population control technology".On the basis of in-depth study and analysis of previous research results,this paper designs and realizes the efficient utilization decision system of wheat corn light temperature anniversary.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)The present situation of the application of crop production potential and decision support system in the field of agriculture at home and abroad is described,and the existing problems in the construction of the current decision support system are discussed.The agricultural ecological region(AEZ)model was used to obtain the potential value of light and temperature production of crops,the CERES-Wheat model and the CERES-Maize model were calculated by meteorological data,soil data and crop genetic parameters,and the theoretical output value and measured values of wheat and corn were calculated respectively,and the results were analyzed from crop varieties,sowing dates and planting measures.The reason for poor yield is also given,and a decision plan for increasing production is given.(2)Combined with the needs of the construction of agricultural service platform,we need to analyze the system and explain the key technologies needed by the system.Using the "map API" for regional positioning,combined with the ArcInfo Workstation10 calculation ofthe crop light and temperature production potential,the fusion of CERES model to get the theoretical output value and the measured value of the crop.In order to achieve a good connection with the digital Shandong public geographic information service platform,the high efficient utilization decision system of wheat corn light temperature anniversary is constructed,and the calculation speed of crop yield and the development and use efficiency of the platform are improved.(3)Based on the software development framework of SSH,the MySQL database is applied to finish the decision making system of wheat corn light and temperature annual efficient utilization.The functions of the system include data presentation,data analysis,data decision,data management and so on.
