With the emergence of new communication services, the demand for high performance processing of massive information is increasing. To satisfy the requirements of large bandwidth, low latency and high reliability,fiber-wireless access network and mobile edge computing have been given much attention. How to optimize resource scheduling and allocation under the limited service response time is a difficult problem. To solve it,this paper focuses on the design and implementation of optimization algorithm.Firstly,in view of the low utilization of distributed edge cloud, this paper, based on extensive research and in-depth study, proposes a strategy to improve the efficiency in bandwidth and computing resources allocation. Our approach optimizes the bandwidth utilization and average completion time according to simulation results.Secondly, given the lack of flexibility and the heterogeneity of access networks,a management and orchestrator plane for fiber-wireless access network is proposed. This platform enables the joint scheduling of networks and computing resources by extending OpenFlow protocol and developing modules.Wireshark captures of the configuration signals are collected and analyzed.Additionally, the latency of signals between controller and switch is calculated.
