With the expansion of the Internet field and the continuous improvement of infor-mation technology,the update cycle of mobile products has been gradually shortened,but the functions of the products have been similar,and they have not been able to stand out in many products and have become so popular to users.In recent years,several short mobile video applications have emerged in the Internet market,and they have quickly been accepted by the market and users in a short period of time.This has be-come a hot phenomenon of mobile products.Mobile short video applications are more and more focused and valued by users and investors because of their characteristics of"short duration,excellent content,and fast update".On the one hand,mobile short video applications have a large number of users,and the entertainment content of plat-form content is strong,and the market has broad prospects for development.On the other hand,behind the rapid development of the short video industry,content producers and platform investors pursue individual pursuits.Economic interests,while ignoring the maintenance of social public interests,hide the growing problem of information ethics and are emerging in many forms to users and society.This article takes the development status of mobile short video applications as an entry point,reveals and analyzes several representative information ethical issues in the short video industry,including issues of social awareness such as rumors,copyright infringement,and counterfeiting and sales,and so on.The related cases summarize the current ethical status in the mobile short video industry.In the further analysis of the causes of the above-mentioned information ethics problems,the views are elaborated in two aspects.The first aspect is to objectively analyze the ethical issues from the perspective of the industry external environment and the application platform practi-tioners,including the external environment of the short video industry.Supervision,and practitioners' technology and platform supervision and other factors,on the other hand,proceed from the point of view of the dissemination process,and use the knowledge of communication ethics and information rights theory to conduct subjec-tive analysis of the psychological aspects of participants of short video ethical issues.The user's behavioral motivation explains the ethical issues of the short video industry.Finally,aiming at the analysis of the problems and reasons put forward in the previous article,we propose corresponding solutions,from the legal constraints and market su-pervision,the popularization of ethical knowledge,the optimization of content and the creator support.The research methods adopted in this paper mainly use the literature to systematically review the research related to information ethics and communication ethics,and form the overall research framework.The second is the qualitative analysis method,applying generalization such as induction,synthesis and logical reasoning.Methods,further pro-cessing and integration of relevant information on the ethical issues collected,accord-ing to the actual situation of the problem and put forward their own solutions and strat-egies based on their own views;the third is a case analysis method,selected in the short video application This paper analyzes the problems of representative information ethics cases,explores the causes behind the various relationships in the cases,and provides references for countermeasures.
