With the development of domestic economy,the living conditions of the people have been improved accordingly.The demand for sports lottery industry,especially the lottery industry based on lottery industry,is increasing day by day.These demands have prompted the rapid development of sports lottery industry,which has promoted a large number of enterprises that sell sports lottery as the main business.This improves the competition of sports lottery market,and sports lottery enterprises have many common problems because of their own business attributes at the same time.Therefore,it's necessary for sports lottery enterprises to enhance their competitiveness,and reduce the risk of their own business solutions.In this thesis,the technology of big data and machine learning is used to provide some solutions for sports lottery enterprises on the aspects of data resource acquisition and integration,data intelligence analysis,information extraction and decision support.Firstly,this thesis uses Django and celery and other open source framework components to establish an open source semi-automatic data management platform to solve the demand of enterprises for acquiring,integrating and storing large football lottery price data sets.The enterprise can use this platform to perform data acquisition,analysis,cleaning and storage more simply,efficiently and reliably.This platform has brought considerable benefits to the enterprise in the establishment of data set.Secondly,this thesis proposes input improved SVM model and improved deep-CNN model to do analysis,classification and prediction work by football lottery price data,and the expected research results were obtained.The prediction accuracy of input improved SVM model is 42%;the prediction accuracy of improved deep-CNN model is 51%.The accuracy was 9 and 18 percentage points higher than that of the random prediction,respectively,by 33%.The results can be used as reference for the management decision of the main business of the enterprise,to effectively reduce the risk of their own business problems.The above two parts coordinate and work together creatively from the field of big data and machine learning,providing a way to improve the competitiveness and profitability for the traditional football lottery enterprises.They also provide a new direction for data related research in sports lottery.
