In recent years,with continuous intervention by relevant government departments,the hospital interior continues to improve and optimize.The current medical standards and efficiency are gradually improving.However,the difficulty of patient registration is still the biggest obstacle to limit the majority of patients successfully attending.It is the content of this research that how to rationally allocate medical resources and alleviate the difficulty of patient registration.With the rapid development of mobile internet,mobile terminals continue to spread,moving this problem into mobile phone and solve it by mobile phone will be more and more practical.Therefore,the research content of this subject is mainly to solve the problem of registration about medical treatment,and a series of research work and system development in order to solve this problem.This system is the server of medical registered system.It takes on the main functions of the large system.The works done by this paper are as follows:1.From the perspective of requirement.The server system module is divided into serveral parts.Then the module is used to divide the corresponding interface.2.From the perspective of server-side architecture.A server-side system that supports dynamic access to HIS system is built.Through the use of ZooKeeper and Dubbo technology,a server-side system with high concurrency and extensible access to a new HIS system is built.3.From the perspective of the interface.A high security communication mode and a signature algorithm are designed and implemented.The interface design is unified,and the interface design that does not distinguish between the client and the hospital is realized.4.From the perspective of business functions,we have achieved functions related to registration,such as appointment registration,visiting card management,registration on the same day,query registration history,etc.,and provide relevant data for the background management system.5.From the perspective of extensibility,the docking of the three party platform,such as short message platform,payment platform and real name authentication platform,is realized.It also supports scalable support for dynamic access to HIS systems.The project of this project will solve the problems of the appointment registration and the inefficiency of the day in the Beijing Children's Hospital.The technology framework of the system is based on open source technology such as Spring,MyBatis and Redis as a project framework,matching ZooKeeper as a service registry center,and using Dubbo as communication protocol to realize the building of service framework.After verification in many aspects such as design,development,function integration and integration test,the correctness,usability and stability have been fully proved through practical application.
