With the continuous development of enterprises,in order to integrate all available resources as much as possible,more and more e-commerce operators choose to operate their own companies in the form of self-operation,promote their brands.Now,the form of self-operation has been gradually infiltrated into all walks of life,and the self-operation form is very common in the catering industry,the service industry and even the education industry.Meanwhile in order to further build their differences with other similar brand,guarantee the quality of its own brand products as well as to promote their own enterprise profit maximization,the e-commerce enterprise start to look for some new supply mode,create their own products production base,a unified management,unified distribution mode of supply.There are many examples like this in life,such as some large self-operation e-commerce companies,On the one hand,in order to guarantee on its platform sales of goods quality is good,guarantee the stability of their supply of goods,on the other hand also to optimize the user experience of the buyer,so as to improve its brand awareness,increase sales to achieve the goal of profit maximization,most of them adopt unified procurement of goods,goods placed centrally and unified distribution way,as well they has its own production base and large storage warehouse,the kind of large self-operation e-commerce companies like jd.com which we often visit when we shop online are all take this way to run their own company.To use this model better,jd has its own management center,procurement center and logistics center,as well as its own logistics hub and warehouse.In large self-operation e-commerce companies in the process of unified transportation of goods,transport costs directly affects the total profits of large self-operation e-commerce companies.In order to quantitative analysis the transportation cost in the process of goods transportation,in this paper,we use graph theory and fuzzy mathematics to set up mathematic models,find out a kind of transport strategy which can make transportation cost relatively small,provides a feasible way of thinking for self-operation e-commerce companies goods transportation,and decrease the transport cost as well.In this paper,we set up two mathematic models,the first model called"the smallest transport cost model" is based on graph theory which link the minimum branch algorithm[1]in the graph theory with reality.The establishment model and calculation process are as follows,first,by defining an optimized quantity,based on the difference in transport costs between different cities,the unified transport goods cost problem of self-supporting e-commerce enterprises can be changed into a minimum branches issue.Then,calculate this problem by linking the minimum branches model with reality,the transport strategy which can make transportation cost be minimize for this problem is found by calculation.Finally,compare different strategy result in the numerical,and the results show that the strategy found by the smallest transport cost model proposed in this paper can make transportation cost be smaller.The second model called "transport cost-time optimization model" is based on the first model with considering the transport time in the process of transportation of goods,this model is a further optimized model for the above the smallest transport cost model,because in the process of the transportation of goods we will not only care about the transport cost,but also care about the transport time we need,the transport time is a very important factor in the process.Specific modeling steps are as follows,converting the transport time to be the conversion coefficient of optimized quantity,in this way the time can be considered in the optimized quantity,and the optimized quantity which considers time is called a compositive optimization quantity,that means we think about the impact of time in the model.The conversion coefficient is determined by the two different methods,one is to obtain the conversion coefficient directly by the distance between different cities because the distance is different in different cities which can lead to the different transport time,the other method is based on the fuzzy mathematics to obtain the conversion coefficient by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation vector.At last,compare the result of the first model and the second model and we can find that the strategy calculated by the transport cost-time optimization model can ensure that the transport cost in the problem is relatively small while the total transport time required for the transportation is relatively short.So it can better meet self-operated business operators' need.
