With the rapid development of modern economy,the number of elevators increases with the increase of urban high-rise buildings.As a common vertical transport vehicle,the safety of elevators is closely related to the safety of people's lives and property.In recent years,elevator safety has caused widespread concern for frequent elevator accidents.Elevator failure is often the direct cause of elevator accidents.Therefore,the early detection of elevator failure can effectively avoid the occurrence of elevator accidents.Any problems in elevator's life,such as production,use,installation,maintenance,are likely to lead to frequent elevator failure.This thesis designs and realizes a system of elevator failure main factors analysis and early warning based on elevator fault history data.Using elevator fault data accessed from all provinces and cities in the country as analysis data,the system uses multidimensional association rule mining technology to find the current status of elevator faults and the main influencing factors leading to elevator failure for the first time.The thesis first proposes a method to predict the types of the elevator that may fail in the coming week through regression prediction technology,so that the user can get an early warning and take measures to prevent the elevator failure as soon as possible.Firstly,this thesis introduces the background knowledge of the thesis,introduces the theoretical knowledge and open source technology used in the thesis.Then,based on the system use cases,the core function requirements and the non-function requirements of the system are analyzed in detail.Then,the two key problems to be solved in the system and their solutions are introduced in detail.In the part of the overall design,this thesis introduces the static structure,dynamic structure and data structure of the system.The detailed design and implementation of the system introduces the key classes and implementation process of each module in each subsystem.And,the key user interface of the system and its operation are demonstrated.The last part of the thesis is the testing part of the system.The test environment and the test methods and test results of the system in function and performance are introduced to ensure the system can operate effectively and reliably.
