By virtue of the rapid development of cable television network into millions of households,cable TV become the main channel of media publicity of radio and television is accessible to thousands of households the most popular information tools and the most convenient information carrier is China's radio and television,culture,information An important part of the industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to cultivate and improve the safety awareness and safety skills of radio and television employees and to safeguard the safe operation of radio and television networks for economic and social development.This paper describes the platform of research,design and implementation.The main work includes:Based on the full analysis of the needs of different user roles on the platform,this paper proposes the overall architecture scheme of the platform and completes the outline design of functional modules and data exchange.Research single sign-on technology,using the central authentication server design and implementation of single sign-on module to achieve unified management of user login authentication information between different subsystems of the platform.Research streaming media live technology and Red 5 server principle,design and implementation of video broadcast and video on demand module to meet the user online video conferencing and online video learning capabilities.Research OpenStack cloud computing,design and implementation of the experimental cloud module platform to meet the user online virtual experiment function.On this basis,the dissertation focuses on improving system performance,and proposes optimization solutions for Red5 server and OpenStack cluster,respectively,which improves the concurrency capability of the server and reduces the network bandwidth occupied by the server.Platform provides online conference video broadcast,on-demand video learning,online test test,online virtual experiment,online forums,data download and other functions.The actual deployment and application results show that the platform has strong pertinence and good user interactivity,and can better meet the business needs of SARFT training.
