The circuit manufacturing of electronic products not only affects the performance of products,but also restricts the space of hardware structure design of electronic products.Traditional methods of making circuit can not be realized in the flexible or non-flexible 3D curved surface manufacturing circuit,although the 3D printing manufacturing circuit can be used,but the 3D circuit needs a 5-axis printer,the technology is complex and the cost is too high.In this way,a method for fabricate a circuit on any curved surface base on a watermarking technique is proposed.which includes the following steps:(1)Using conductive ink to print out the circuit pattern structure on the polymer plastic film;(2)Film placed in inorganic solvent(Such as water)the surface is soaked and stretched,and a layer of softening agent that can soften the film is evenly sprayed on the film;(3)The softened film is adhered to the substrate surface,and a uniform spray layer is sprayed to dissolve the film into a adhesive layer.(4)The surface circuit is made after drying.The surface circuit manufacturing method is simple fabrication,low processing cost,the 3D structure is accurate and controllable,and the manufacturing efficiency is high.It is possible to make a layer or multilayer circuit on the surface of flexible or non-flexible surface with irregular and arbitrary shapes.So it can be used in the field of flexible electronics and other circuit manufacturing.The main contents of this paper can be summarized as follows:Firstly,the basic working principle and technological characteristics of watermark transfer printing and water cover transfer printing are introduced.The specific process,process characteristics and corresponding improvement of 3D curved circuit manufacturing method based on water transfer printing are mainly studied,and the properties of manufacturing materials related to curved circuit manufacturing are studied in depth.Secondly,the experimental platform of curved circuit manufacturing is set up.A pneumatic printing circuit platform is designed to accurate printing of the required circuit patterns on the polymer plastic film,and construct the curved circuit of the circuit that is used to manufacture the curved circuit for precision control.A tensile test platform for performance analysis is also designed.Thirdly,the influence of pressure of needle tube,printing speed,soaking time of transfer film paper and dilution of softener on the manufacturing precision of the curved surface circuit is discussed,in order to obtain the optimal surface circuit manufacturing scheme.The circuit flexibility and resistance stability of curved circuit are analyzed,and the manufacturability of curved circuit manufacturing method is further verified.Finally,a series of applications of curved circuit manufacturing are studied.The application of surface circuit manufacturing method in semi-spherical surface circuit,antenna like surface circuit and wave PCB surface circuit is realized.The flexible curved circuit of spherical silica gel surface circuit,gloves and hand back surface circuit is manufactured,and the manufacturing method of flexible curved circuit is put forward.
