Improving the quality of network communications and providing high-quality network services for users is the focus of communications operators concerned.And mobile communication base station as the hub of the communication network,plays a vital role.In China,the communication stations across everywhere in the country.It will consume a large amount of manpower,material and financial resources to manually manage the communication stations.To save resources and avoid waste and improve communication base station management,real-time monitoring measures can be taken to the communication stations.Therefore,the communication stations remote monitoring,security,dynamic environment monitoring is critical to ensure its security and stability.The integrated monitoring system of base station consisits of base station site monitoring unit and the master station monitoring center.Site monitoring center is located within the base station computer room,the environment is very bad.The hardware environment use Freescale i.MX53 controller and the software environment use Linux operating system.The master station monitoring center use LabWindows/CVI software development environment that provides a graphical interactive interface for local data management and remote control of the base station equipment and video surveillance.First,the paper analyzes the overall mission and design the system function of each component of communication base stations.While clearing the work processes and building the development environment for systems.Second,it need to develop a practical and reliable communication protocol to establish a reliable network connection.Based on the bandwidth,network congestion and other factors will affect the transmission quality.Selecting the appropriate transfer protocol based on the different data.Then,the paper is divided into four sub-embedded software,including the scheduling control,network communications,device control and video processing subsystem,and it describe the workflow and detailed design of each subsystem.Since the monitoring system for real-time and accuracy requirements are very high,so the paper put forward the corresponding programming methods and optimized code to improve software reliability and system characteristics combined.Finally,the paper designs a friendly interface of the master control center to complete user login registration,management,real-time alarms,device control,parameter configuration and alarm records query functions,data management forlocal and remote station monitoring.By testing the entire system to verify the validity of the software design.
