Design And Implementation Of Fire Safety Management System At Key Unit Based On Responsibility Driving

The responsibility-driven fire safety management system at key units,involved in this paper,is an information management system,which requires the legal person or the principal of key unit to be in charge of the fire safety of his unit.In accordance with the spirit of the sixty-first command of the Ministry of public security,the system shifts the responsibility for the fire safety,which was originally undertaken by the public fire departments,to the leaders of the key units and the relevant responsible persons.This system can realize standardized management of daily fire safety in key units and communities.With the deployment of full-time monitoring and fire alarm,the system can form a linkage emergency system between the community units and the fire departments.In order to contain and prevent the increasing fire and fire danger,it is necessary for all the people to carry out the responsibility by layer until the hidden danger is solved.Based on description to the related technology,requirements analysis,general design,detailed design,and functional module realization,this paper carries out the design and implementation of the responsibility-driven fire safety management system at key units.Firstly,this paper analyses the significance and background of the project,and discuss the research situationat at home and abroad for the project,summarizes the research contents and structure of this paper,and briefly introduces a series of technologies involved in system development,which include SOA(Service Oriented Architecture),ASP.NET development tools,ADO database access technology and SQL Server database technology.In the requirement analysis stage of the system,the overall goal of the system is presented,the user description of the system is given,the functional requirements and system performance requirements are discussed.To carry out the overall design of the system based on the requirement analysis,the design method and design plan of the system are discussed from the four levels of system structure design,system function design,network structure design,and responsibility process design.Then,the design of the fire safety management system and the realization of the system function module are introduced in detail.The function design includes basic management function design,business database design and business data report form design.Module implementation includes business module realizing and function module testing.Finally,we give a conclusion of the whole paper from the current work harvest and future research prospects.The main functions of the system include six function modules,which are Fire safety management,Fire prevention inspection and rectification,Fire safety training,Fire evacuation plan,Fire safety file management,Reward and punish with plan and assess.The system has complete functions and good performance.It can basically meet the normal business needs of fire safety management work at key unit.
