In recent years, switching systems play an important rule in studying hybrid systems and become a hot topic for control theory research.Switching system is composed by a family of subsystems and the switching rules which orchestrate the switching. For engineering application, there is a common phenomenon that the limited bandwidth leads to constrained computation and information transmission. The issue is challenging for the practical application of switching systems. Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the stability of switching system using event/time triggered approach. This thesis concerns with the switching system with event/time triggered control. The main contents are listed as follows:First, the subsystems of the switched systems are stabilizable.By combining the mode-dependent average dwell time and the multi-Lyapunov function,we analyze the stability with event triggered mechanism. The switching rule that is related to the event triggered rule is designed. Then we give some sufficient conditions to ensure uniformly ultimate boundedness.Second,we focus on asymptotic stability issue of switching systems.Based on the mode-dependent average dwell time method and comparison principle,we update the event triggered mechanism and derive the sufficient conditions to guarantee asymptotic stability.Meanwhile, the state transition matrix approach is also applied.Simulation examples are provided to illustrate the validity of our results as well as the comparison of the above methods. Finally, the problem of switching system with unstable subsystems is discussed. We propose a new event triggered mechanism which is not only relying on the event triggered rule, but also related to time triggered rule. The elementary time unit and convex Lyapunov function are combined to design the switching signals to guarantee the asymptotic stability of the switching systems with unstable subsystems.
