This dissertation studies exponential decay stability of switching systems with time delay, and these switching systems are composed of a finite number of linear delay equation.A switching system with time delay is one of the important types of switching systems,which exists switching and lag time.Therefore,its dynamic behavior is very complex.According to whether or not dependent on the lag time,stability of switching systems with time delay can be divided into delay independent stability and delay dependent stability.In this paper ,by using the common Lyapunov functional method,together with the choice of the switching law and the limitation of the lag time,delay dependent exponential decay stability of a class of linear switching systems with time delay is discussed.
