The Design Of Financial Management System Of College

As the extensive application of information technology and the rapid development of the 21st century,financial management has become the indispensable part of economic life.With the increasing of teaching and research funds,accounting information technology has become the integral part of financial management information system in colleges and universities.Therefore,how to design a standard,clear and convenient accounting information system plays a very important role in capital allocation and management in colleges and its units.It has an important significance in improving the capital structure and optimizing the allocation of resources in the whole school.This paper designs and implemetes an accounting software system by the financial management system of the Lou Di career college and relys on the mature technologies of Visual Basic and SQL Server.This paper described each stages of the process in system in details by analyzing the needs of the college's financial management system and discussed the development and realization of data base design and coding process by visual chart and word instruction.
