After several decades of rapid development,China's automobile industry has entered a stage of rapid development,competition among auto manufacturers have gradually become white-hot.Improve production capacity and reduce product cost,is an important means to increase product competitiveness.In the production process to eliminate or control dangerous and harmful factors to protect personal safety,equipment stability,to ensure the smooth and continuous production is the goal pursued by each car company.In this article,the design of the safety control system for instrument panel assembly line based on automobile assembly workshop is studied.Experiences in developed countries suggest that safety standards can be used to regulate the entire life cycle of machinery and equipment in a way that will contribute to the overall safety of the project.Designed to comply with IEC61508 and EC62061 mechanical applications in the E / E / PES functional safety requirements,risk control can be controlled within a reasonable range of security.At present,most of the domestic practitioners only copy the foreign successful design of security system,but did not really understand the principles of safety design and specification standards.This article chooses Siemens safety PLC as the core of the safety control system.Siemens safety PLC integrated general PLC and safety PLC function,on the one hand to reduce the design difficulty,but also improve the stability of the system.Fieldbus uses Profinet protocol based on Ethernet and the corresponding Profinet field bus.The PROFIsafe protocol for safety communication is designed in the Profinet protocol,which makes the transmission of the safety signal reach SIL3 level,which facilitates the access of the safety equipment.In this article,the hardware and software aspects of the system were designed so that the functional control system and security control organically combined,and then the safety of the system design of the security level were analyzed to comply with IEC61508 and EC62061 mechanical applications in the E / E / PES,and verify whether the system meets the SIL3 safety level.Finally,this article describes the engineering realization of the control system,and proves the practicability and generalizability of the security system design.
