Network coding overturns the traditional knowledge that routing store-and-forward mode of data transmission.And there are a large number of domestic and international scholars have much attention and extensive research for it,due to its significant advantages that it can improve network throughput and make full use of network resources.Multi-rate multicast technology came up which in order to response the current complex network environment.Facing the present situation of computer science and technology are developing with each passing day today,the multi-rate multicast technology based on network coding has become a hot topic of the academic extensive research.However,the existing scheme still has much for improvement in performance optimization of multi-rate multicast network.Such as network throughput still has much room for improvement,the complexity of encoding and decoding of Network Coding are too high,and there is a lot of redundant data in network result in the use of network bandwidth resources are insufficient.In view of the present research status,we propose Multi-Rate Network coding Object Feedback algorithm(MNCOF).It can improve the performance of multi-rate multicast network.The MNCOF algorithm including three parts,the Data and Information of Network Management algorithm,the Encoding Switch algorithm,and the Object Confirmed Feedback algorithm.First,the Data and Information of Network Management algorithm of is the foundation of MNCOF algorithm.It can divide the global status of network resources based on the real-time use of it.Second,the Encoding Switch algorithm combines the advantages of the Intralayer Network Coding and Interlayer Network Coding.It can improve network throughput and reduce the complexity of coding and decoding of network data.Third,the Target Confirmed Feedback algorithm by analyzing feedback information of destination node to select which object node,so it can solve the problem that there are a large number of redundant data in the network.And it increases the efficiency of the network bandwidth resources.Above all,the MNCOF algorithm has better performance for the overall network.Finally,we construct a simulation experiment platform for network coding based on NS-3 simulator.Then we contrast MNCOF with IntraLNC and InterLNC,and respectively,in terms of throughput and coding and decoding complexity through the contrast experiment.So we verify the validity of the Encoding Switch algorithm.And through contrasting the total time of data transmission to verify the effectiveness of the Object Confirmed Feedback algorithm.At last,we through the experimental to evaluate the overall performance of the MNCOF algorithm.And it shows that the algorithm can improve the throughput of network and the resources utilization rate of network bandwidth,and so it is superior to existing data transmission algorithm with multicast network on performance.
