With the propose of concepts like Industry 4.0 of German,Industrial Internet of USA and MadeinChina2025,the information technology in the industrial field is maturing day by day,the intelligent workshop has been rapidly developed.With the increasing information and network level of intelligent workshop,and more and more intelligent wearable devices and handheld devices enter the intelligent workshop,it is possible to make real time communication with intelligent workshop's basic network and access intelligent devices.Network based real-time communication system is much more intelligent,higher quality of audio and video than the traditional walkie-talkie,which can greatly improve communication efficiency in workshop.However,the current common real-time communication system and software based on network has the following problems:First,the number of the system supporting client types is few;Secondly,the number of system communication modes is few,generally only point-to-point real-time communication and many to many real-time communication;Finally,The number of clients involved in real-time communication is limited and the system can't achieve low delay,one to many large-scale real time voice broadcast similar to walkie-talkie.This paper presents the overall architecture design of intelligent workshop group real-time communication system,and focuses on the innovative design and implementation of streaming media transfer server and signaling protocol which make the system support multiple clients and various real-time communication modes,and verifies its feasibility and validity by test.This paper first expounds the urgent need of real-time communication system in intelligent workshop,and the problems encountered in the combination of real-time communication system and intelligent workshop,and briefly introduces the related theory and technology idea of real-time communication.Then proposes the overall design scheme of the intelligent workshop group real-time communication system,and designs and realizes the streaming media forwarding server,client and signaling protocol which are used in detail.Finally,tests are carried out for the function modules of the system,which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the design.
