Research On Contract Risk Assessment Based On Natural Language Processing

With the broad development of China's market economy,the contract as an important role in the market economy has been generally recognized.Contract is equal agreement between the rights and obligations of each organization constraints,can play the standardized market behavior,the protection of the economic order of the important role.However,according to the relevant statistics show that the performance of our contract situation is not satisfactory,most of the enterprises have been caught in a contract dispute.Therefore,strengthening the contract risk assessment can not only help enterprises to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests but also to protect the orderly operation of the market economy system.In the past,the research on contract risk assessment mainly focused on identifying and evaluating the credit risks and external environmental risks of the parties.These studies have made outstanding contributions in the field of contract risk assessment based on different perspectives.But these studies are to explore the external risks of the contract,the risk of the text in the contract has not been systematic research.The objective risk of the contract is the laws and regulations,so the contract of the text of the legal risk assessment to determine the logic of the statement and integrity to help avoid legal disputes,improve the responsibility system.In this paper,a contract risk assessment system based on semantic reasoning is completed based on the above starting points.Based on the contract risk evaluation model,this system combines the contract knowledge base and the Jena reasoning machine to carry out the risk assessment of the input contract text.The knowledge base used in the system is a semantic analysis of the contract law of the People's Republic of China with the help of natural language processing techniques such as keyword extraction and semantic dependency analysis.The term entity,hierarchical relationship and combination relation are extracted from this system.According to the construction of contract law ontology,The risk evaluation model of the technology contract is based on the existing risk assessment model,and it is improved by the method of analytic hierarchy process,and the consistency is proved.The system will format the input contract text,apply the inference rule reasoning ontology model and calculate the risk index according to the result.The contract law knowledge ontology and the technology contract risk assessment system have enriched the contract risk research in a certain sense,which is of great significance to the contract safety management.
