In the 21 st century,frontier inspection is a national window as well as a protective screen.It is of great importance to do a good job in frontier inspection under complex international situation currently.Frontier inspection organs have self-developed application system,which makes it possible to manage information of various vehicles and personnel.However,it lacks targeted data cleansing,analysis and mining.For harbor ports especially,due to their relatively fixed vessel routes and single category of entry and exit personnel,effective mining on this sort of data will hugely improve the management of inspection and pertinence of port control.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a set of management system that suits the port's own characteristic for frontier inspection.This thesis is based on related working data of checking control and conjestion accumulated from a certain checkpoint.Combined with actual experience of police in the front line,it offers a scientific basis for frontier inspection administrators through applying data-mining technology.After the detailed demand analysis of frontier inspection management information system,the system in this paper is divided into five functional modules: vessel information data query module,system data import module,peripheral environment assessment data entry module,vessel data mining module and key information prompt module,then gives the functional description of each module.The author focuses on the data mining model and expounds the key technologies to achieving vessel data mining.By comparing to the existing association rule algorithms and combining with the needs of practical situation of port and berthing shipping,the author does research on specific application of apriori algorithms in frontier inspection management.By setting different weights for different types of risks,the author have risk evaluation and provide statistic support on decision making for management in checkpoint A.After testing,the system can meet the basic requirement of current frontier inspection and plays an important role in improving management efficiency of frontier inspection ports.
