The data center network is the core infrastructure of cloud computing, and the data center network is a large-scale distributed server in the data center. Therefore, with the rapid development of cloud computing, the data center network has become the hotspot of researchers in recent years. The data center network architecture is facing a series of challenges. The traditional data center network architecture is based on the power packet switching. As the scale of the network expands, the disadvantages of the traditional architecture network, such as high energy consumption, small network capacity and low grade bandwidth, are emerging.Researchers have introduced optical interconnect technology into the data center network,it formed a hybrid Optical and Electrical data center network architecture and all-optical interconnect data center network architecture, reducing network energy consumption and improving network capacity. The problem of bandwidth allocation in data center networks based on optical interconnect technology is also a challenge. Thus, the design and bandwidth allocation of the new data center network architecture is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper first summarizes the current situation of data center network architecture research, introduces the related optical interconnection technology, typical data center network architecture and bandwidth allocation research and analysis.Considering the high energy consumption of data center network architecture, this paper proposes a data center network architecture based on optical OFDM technology, which uses two kinds of bandwidth allocation heuristic algorithm to analyze the proposed architecture in detail, and then use the fast scheduler to save bandwidth allocation time.Simulation analysis prove that bandwidth utilization can reach more than 95%,compared with the OSA architecture, the proposed architecture saves 10%of the power consumption. Then, taking into account the need to assign consecutive subcarriers to the request and to maximize revenue,an revenue model is proposed to study the problem for revenue-oriented bandwidth allocation problem over O-OFDM intra-DCNs(RBA-OID problem). Finally, the RBA-OID problem is divided into two cases:(1)paper proposed a two-stage algorithm(TP algorithm)to solve a special case of RBA-OID problem;(2)an efficient heuristic algorithm(PH algorithm)is proposed to solve the RBA-OID problem in general form. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to the existing most subcarrier first(MSF)algorithm.
