Design And Implementation Of Network Security Invoice Management System

With the national practice of the Golden tax project,the tax invoice has been developed rapidly on digitization and network,promoting the standardization of China's tax and security.However,due to security and policy restrictions,the current paper invoices and network invoice application coexistence,resulting in increasing practical application cost instead of falling down.Main reason lies in it that in the current context of big data network invoice audit and checks,monitoring security and management is not perfect.Therefore,the current information technologies development invoice research on new technology of network security management system is of great significance to improve the efficiency of tax management.In this paper,in view of invoices for network management which is in the various security risks and vulnerabilities,also in consideration of application requirements,uses digital watermarking,digital signatures and information encryption technology to strengthen invoice verification of monitoring all stages of security and reduce security vulnerabilities.Digital Watermarks into visible watermarks and invisible watermarks,are combined to ensure the authenticity of the invoice,and can verify the integrity of the transmission process with high robustness.The digital signature was reflected in the processing of electronic seal,embedding secret information in the seal to ensure the sole invoicing institutions.The process of information encryption on the basis of the above measures performs twice encryption which the secret information encrypted in the double embedding and electronic seal embedded was encrypted again using encryption algorithms(such as RSA).And this almost ensure invoices the true uniqueness of identity.And focus on strengthening automatic,accurate and intelligent inspection check of the invoice,using software both from the client and the server to ensure security management of invoices and management system implementation.The QR technology used in invoice query is subject to most of the needs of client groups,and increases the convenience and safety.By transforming invoice number and receipt code information with QR codes displayed,users can scan QR codes easily to check QR codes' authenticity.Different identity permissions in the system strictly limit further heightened security requirements.Therefore,this system in automated invoice management and tax administration has high efficiency,and greatly improve the security of the invoicing process,but what is not enough lies in less checks on management exception settings in conditions along with single source of invoice data.
