| With the rapid development of the mobile Internet and the rapid spread of mobile intelligent terminal,the tax business on mobile was born and APPlied with the development of the times.The reason is that the mobile device is convenient not only greatly reduce the taxpayer and the tax burden of the staff,but also improve the tax efficiency,promote the rapid development of electronic taxation.China’s "13th Five-Year" plan,will also be included in the Key construction of e-government ranks.At present,the local tax business is basically going around through the tax hall window,with a wide range of complex affairs,which not only cost tax payers time but also the heavy task of the tax staff.Therefore,the development of a mobile terminal value-added tax service system basing on helping taxpayers is convenient and quick to grasp the tax policy,tax amount of query,the timely payment of taxes and fees,and assist tax staff to reduce the pressure of the tax,which has very important significance.Based on the Shaanxi local mobile Tax Project,the paper combined with the existing APP mobile phone development platform,developed Tax-on——the tax service system based on mobile terminal,which aims to improve the efficiency of the tax,the quality of service to the people,and the mobile e-government platform of Shaanxi local taxation.This mobile phone tax software aims to achieve five main functions.The function for picture carousel show tax information,policy for electronic services,courier,tax guide,tax notice,rights protection,tax navigation,invoice check true,tax and business interaction,online consultation,illegal prosecution;e-government function for public affairs,tax,fiscal picture news,news,director mail,discipline report,opinions and suggestions;electronic tax function,for reporting,invoice management,tax declaration,ledger,signature inquiries;registration,login,password for username,verification,CA verification.The main work in this paper is the development of mobile terminal Tax-on based on mobile phone through tax.First,try to figure out the completion of the Shaanxi local tax system construction content,technical standards,functional requirements,non functional requirements such as a comprehensive analysis,clearing the needs of the system;then,according to the design demand,we analyze and discuss the overall structure of the system.Function modules are divided according to the system,completing the design and development of each module,for each small set a separate class module to achieve its function,and complete the test of each module in the development process,according to the test data show that the tax through to achieve the desired results.Through performance test overall the mobile terminal value-added tax service system and the system performance analysis,they show that the research and design of mobile terminal value-added tax service system in function and performance can meet the tax system to new demands for the service of mobile terminal,which also has good feasibility and practicability.And the tax APP in Shaanxi Local Taxation System has a successful trial run,which plays a great role on improving the national electronic tax platform and promoting the efficient operation of the tax system. |
