With the development of microelectronics technology,the emergence of ultra large scale integrated makes the circuit layout designs of integrated circuits increasingly complex and sophisticated,thus making the circuit board carrying the microprocessor has become increasingly complex.The intelligent circuit board containing microprocessor is the core component of computer system,it normal work directly to guarantee the system's normal work,once appear problem,can make the stagnation of the whole system.Earlier in the field of fault diagnosis,the foreign development,including contact diagnosis method is effective.Domestic started relatively late,after digestion and learn foreign experience in recent years the development of performance better diagnostic instrument,but most of them are expensive.For the purpose of this article in the intelligent circuit board,if trying to identify the cause of the problem and analyze according to the previous methods,need to rely on the experience of the inspectors to guess the cause of the problem,cost both the manpower and increase the maintenance cycle.This article from the perspective of low cost,fast,accurate diagnosis,core processor is designed and implemented a comprehensive fault diagnosis system of a data processing module,the achievements of this paper are as follows:1.Summarizing the process of fault diagnosis,induces the speculation from the suspected fault point,this paper attempts to repair after no troubleshooting,continue to look up the disadvantages of this way,and combined with the data processing module of the circuit design,a set of complete fault diagnosis can be gained by analyzing the system requirements.Each participant in the definite demand the relationship between the fault diagnosis system models which are established.Then,according to the hierarchical structure of the system,we decomposite the system gradually,and get a layered data flow diagrams to reflect the data processing flow of this system.2.By sorting out the hierarchical structure of the fault diagnosis system,we build the basic framework of the system,and according to the function of the system,we decomposed the system into six function module,such as system management,database structure,serial interface,system monitoring,fault diagnosis,interface design and make detailed design of each function module.Then making the implementation of each component of the six function modules in the design of the system,integrating all related components to generate the function module.Finally,we will make all function modules integrated together to get the fault diagnosis system.3.Introduces the running environment of fault diagnosis system and making practical operation test of the system through code testing,functional testing,non-functional testing and actual operation test.The fault diagnosis system has passed the tests of each test case,and was success in the actual test when detecting a failure data processing module,which proved that the system is real and effective.In this paper,design and implementation of fault diagnosis system of the data processing module,accord with the requirements of low cost,fast,accurate diagnosis.For more complex intelligent circuit board,can be improved and implemented on the basis of the system described in this paper.
