Design And Implementation Of The Tax-related Information Processing Platform

With the popularity of information technology,combining with IT technology to gather and process tax-related information which are released on the Internet,thereby expanding the access channel to tax-related information and grasping the real-time and comprehensive tax source information are important measures to deepen tax reform.To establish a universal tax-related information processing platform is a key part.It accelerates the project development of tax management through data.Through the construction of the tax-related information processing platform,the platform provides function of information gathering and information processing for the management work of Internet tax source,and so to ease the contradiction of information asymmetry between the two sides of the taxpayers and publicans.At present,in terms of universality and effectiveness,existing tax-related information processing system still can not meet the need of the project of tax management through data and tax source management needs.In this paper,on the basis of application requirements analysis of the local tax bureau about the tax sources information gathering and tax-related information processing on the Internet,we design and implement a high-performance tax-related information processing platform,so as to provide data support for the project of tax management through data comprehensive application platform.I undertake the development and testing work of tax-related information processing platform during the solution implementation and the project implementation of tax management through data.The specific work that I do is shown as follows.(1)First,on the basis of results of the system overall analysis and functional requirements analysis,as well as quality constraints design of the system,through UML model and some various logical views to analyze the functional structure and data requirements of the tax-related information processing platform,and a solution of system requirements and system architecture framework are given.(2)Next,according to the definition of system components service function,we design systematic architecture.Besides,the function modules of the platform are designed according to the contents of system requirements analysis.In this section,we carry out thedesign and implementation of these modules,including tax-related web information gathering module,information matching and processing module as well as query module,in this paper we provide the implementation of this three modules to illustrate the whole implementation process of the solution.In the tax-related information gathering module,applying web crawler technology and improving mainstream Heritrix framework to complete the design and implementation of crawel components,which can ensure the correct execution of tax-related information gathering work.In the matching module,we design a field-based intelligent matching strategy to finish automatically match with the enterprise basic information,and conduct the collection of tax-related information in accordance with taxpayer,so as to provide the gist for the work of tax-related information analysis.In the tax-related information query module,using horizontal and vertical display strategy to show the tax-related data.(3)Finally,we complete the work of system validation and the deployment of whole system.After the completion of the system development,using a variety of methods to do system testing,and we fix problems found during testing,then do re-test until the system reaches the acceptance criteria.Finally,we complete the deployment of tax-related information processing platform in the local tax bureau of Xianyang;At present,the tax-related information processing system has been tested and put into use at the local tax bureau in Xianang.The results show that the system running well and it can indeed provide practical and reliable data support for the application platform of tax management through data.Besides,it provides practical solutions for Internet tax source management and control.Meanwhile,the feasibility and effectiveness of the platform has reached the design requirements.
