With the development of "Internet +" concept,Internet technology has a deep impact on the current work forms and working methods of all aspects of life,especially in the field of e-government.As an important way to protect the state capital revenue,tax work,in particular,needs to consider the use of Internet technology for reform and innovation.At present,in the routine business areas of taxation,such as auditing and tax-enterprise interaction,Internet technology is used effectively to realize the rapid improvement of working methods and working efficiency.However,in the collection and management of tax-related public opinion,the current field of taxation has few successful cases,which make it can't effectively obtain suggestions and opinions from taxpayers.Therefore,the construction of tax collection of public opinion information platform becomes the one of most important work in the field of taxtation.In order to solve the need of collection and management of tax-related public opinion information in the current tax system,this paper designs and implements a public opinion information collection and management platform.First of all,this paper describes the relevant theory and technology used in the platform development process,including B / S architecture,Spring MVC framework and SQLServer database.Secondly,aiming at the unique needs of tax public opinion information collection and management platform,the detailed requirements of collecting platform,system boundary relevant participants and data flow diagram are given.Based on the analysis of the data flow diagram,the use case diagram and the detailed description of each use case are given,the requirements analysis and modeling of the platform are completed,and after which,the data modeling of the system is carried out.Based on the demand analysis,the platform is designed and implemented in detail.We firstly give the network architecture by using the idea of dividing internal network and external network.Then,the logical architecture of platform id given by combining Spring MVC and three-layer model.In addition,the detailed design and implementation of each sub-module of the platform are given,including the flow chart analysis,class diagram and sequence diagram of each module according to the principle of top-down under the guidance of the system functional decomposition diagram.In the aspect of platform data management,this paper designs the physical structure of platform database on the basis of the data model given in the requirement analysis phase,and gives the restriction and explanation of each field in the form of table.After the completion of the construction of tax-related public opinion information collection and management platform,test is carried out.First,based on the configuration of the test environment,the test cases are written,and the functional realization of each modules is tested in detail.Second,the non-functional requirements of the platform,including availability,performance,and security,were tested in detail.The results show that the tax information collection and management platform has achieved the overall requirements,which includes crawling,cleaning,storage,query and analysis of tax-related information.The construction of the platform helps to improve the development of the taxation work in Xian Yang.
