As the main architecture in the future mobile communication network,data processing and data transmission is separated in Cloud-Ran.Cloud-Ran can effectively improve the spectrum efficiency of the network.A user in Cloud-Ran can access multiple base stations.So when designing user access strategies in specific scenarios,the demand of users and operators need to be considered.How to design an appropriate access strategy according to the characteristics and usage requirements of the Cloud-Ran is a topic worthy of study.This paper studies the access strategies in the Cloud-Ran from the two scenarios of energy efficiency and user service fairness respectively.First,this paper aims to improve network efficiency.Trying to solve the problem of network energy efficiency,a cluster access strategy based on users,QoS requirement and network energy consumption requirements is designed.The clustering algorithm builds the energy efficiency model of the global network,and optimizes the energy efficiency optimization function under the constraints of the QoS requirements of users,and determines the user access service cluster by solving the user's beamforming vectors.According to the simulation results,this algorithm can minimize the scale of service clusters of users while ensuring the users' requirements,and achieve the purpose of improving the network energy efficiency and saving the network energy.Aiming at solving the problem of ensuring fairness of service demands for users,this paper proposes a clustering access algorithm based on fairness of users in the second research area.By designing the user weighted function and using the minimum weighted SINR of the user as the optimization target,the algorithm designs a fair access strategy for users under the constraints of RRH power constraint and forward links tolerance.According to the simulation results,the algorithm can provide users with transmission services based on the user network expectations and user priorities,and improve the service quality of edge users to achieve fairness protection for users.
