The power system is an important foundation for China's economic construction.The security and stability of the power system is directly related to the country's economic development and social stability.As an important part of the power system,the safety and stability of transmission lines directly determine the stable operation of the power system.With the rapid development of China's economic construction,the distribution of power grids has become more and more extensive.Distance and environment factors have caused many challenges to the maintenance and inspection of transmission lines.Among them,the intrusion of foreign bodies and power line dancing have become an important factor in the failure of power lines.This article studies the monitoring of the power line from the following aspects and carries out experimental verification under laboratory conditions:1)Power line extraction.The extraction of power lines is divided into two cases,namely static power line extraction and dancing power line extraction.For the static power line extraction,the disadvantages of the power line extraction algorithm based on edge detection are first analyzed,and a power line extraction algorithm based on the power line structure and pixel features is proposed.For the extraction of the dancing power line,the frame difference method is used to complete the power line extraction;2)Stereo matching algorithm.A common stereo matching algorithm is researched,and a stereo matching algorithm based on AD-census and multi-weight adaptive windows is proposed.For the special scenes of power line monitoring,the power line stereo matching and the stereo matching of moving objects are accomplished by interpolation method and background difference method,respectively.3)3D modeling and measurement.Combining the disparity map of the power line,the disparity map of the moving object,and the disparity map of the power line channel,the three-dimensional coordinates are obtained.Three-dimensional measurement is performed for common problems such as foreign object invasion,power line galloping,and power channel monitoring to obtain the closest distance to the power line from the intruded object and the power.The magnitude of dancing,the closest distance from the stationary object in the power channel to the power line.
