With the widespread use of large screen intelligent machines,the way to learn more and more popular in the intelligent devices through the network.But restricted by the intelligent terminal screen,power,and computing resources,will enable the learner's perception is greatly reduced;the traditional mobile learning system to learn information push mode is simple,it is difficult to interact between users and user interactive perception difference and other aspects of the defect,it is necessary to design a mobile learning system based on based on intelligent mobile phone.In this paper,we first optimize the traditional dual hot standby technology,and put forward based on the redundant storage of double hot standby deployment plan,eliminating the traditional double click on the single point of the thermal storage.On this basis,a weighted load balancing algorithm based on the traditional load balancing technology is proposed.Can be more accurate calculation of node load,enhance the overall load balancing effect of cloud platform.To solve the problem of load balancing for different types of learning requests.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the disadvantages of the traditional security technology,using the IPD2R cloud platform security model,the formation of a comprehensive security system for mobile learning cloud platform.Finally,the comparison experiments show that the design of the subject is correct and the weighted load balancing algorithm is superior to the traditional algorithm.In summary,the mobile learning cloud platform system designed by this paper can satisfy the telecom service standards,to meet the massive user demand for mobile learning through the intelligent mobile phone,and provide a great convenience for learning.
