The human body model is the core component of ergonomic design,simulation and evaluation.The accuracy of the structure size and the overall function of the simulation have important influence on the results of design,simulation and evaluation.Contrary to the business model of the human body,independent development of the human body model can be parametric design accurately in size,but there are serious deficiencies in appearance and function.Independent development of the human body model can not satisfy the requirement of operation simulation as the complexity of ergonomic research deepening.According to the requirement of ergonomics analysis,this paper focus on improving and developing the business human model,building an efficient static and dynamic ergonomic simulation system.The main contents of this paper as follow:First,this paper introduces the key technologies of 3D environment modeling and operation simulation of DELMIA as the base of operation simulation environment.Research on qualitative and quantitative indexes of static and dynamic simulation of human model operation simulation based on ergonomics,and build a simulation system with the human body as the center which can analysis the operation simulation and ergonomics analysis of complex production processes.Secondly,according to the actual demand of human body in the operation simulation,study on the static structure and dynamic simulation method of the human model.Combined with human body size estimation method and exogenous human body size data,establish the estimating formula for adult height in China and select suitable human standard size data by it.Make a reasonable estimate of missing size data and establish the human body size database.Thirdly,modifying the human body models that we build,and according to the relevant standards of ergonomic,we develop the function modules such as horizon,operation,etc.And set up the common postures and therblig base directory through software functions.According to the line of sight of the ship cab,develop the angle measuring tool.Constructing the ergonomic integrated system combined the different percentile of the human body models and the development functions.Finally,the simulation and analysis of the ship cab and the operation cabin are carried out by the ergonomic integration system.For the typical cab operators of fixed station aresimulated by static analysis method and corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward.According to the actual operation process,using activities analysis method to simulate the motion of human body model and combined with the movement simulation of the devices collaboratively,then optimizing the operation process and getting the optimization results.
