The paper stems from the project of National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (Type A), named "Research Faced to Computer Aided Definition Design about Product Innovation" (No.2002AA411110) and National Natural Science Fund "A Study of Product Design Process Coupled with Multi-Perception Factors" (No. 50275112).The paper analyzes the interrelates between product parameters and human dimensions in Industry Design process, researches basic theories of Ergonomics Design and the founding technologies of human body dimension data and human body model, and constructs an Ergonomics Design system by dimension driven using OpenGrip tools on the UnigraphicsNX platform, accomplishes creating product model automatically according with capability of Ergonomics by operating human body model. The paper sets up human model database by human body measure dimension of China and Henry Dreyfuss ergonomics database of America, researches the establishing methods of all kinds of percent human body model, and studies the making up and dealing with methods of database which is lacked and is necessary in building human body model .the paper sets up the relations of the seat design parameter and the human body dimension by seat design principle, and completes a seat design by inputting or changing several human body parameters.Applying USER TOOLS and GRIP of UGNX software, user's designing menu and interactive interface of parameters have been developed which is convenient design procedure and advances designed efficiency.
