With the development of 5G technology,Massive MIMO technology has drawn a great attention as a key technology of 5G.Massive MIMO technology refers to the multi-antenna technology that uses a large-scale antenna array in the coverage area of a base station to configure more than ten antennas and even up to hundreds of antennas,which will serve multiple users in the same time-frequency resource.It is one of the most effective ways to improve the spectral efficiency of the system.It plays a very important role to meet the speed requirement and system capacity of 5G.Through the research of this article,I hope it will make some basic contributions to the development of 5G.In this paper,a massive MIMO channel measurement system based on TDM is established and the ratio frequency switcher module and corresponding antenna array are designed.According to the different requirements of the test,the channel measurement control software is upgraded,the response of the measuring equipment is eliminated,and the real Channel measurement and data analysis are completed.Firstly,the propagation characteristics of wireless channel are introduced.Because of the shortage of traditional Massive MIMO channel measurement system,a Massive MIMO channel measurement system based on TDM is constructed,and function of each module of the measurement system are analyzed.Secondly,the radio frequency switcher module for rapid switching antenna array and the corresponding antenna array are designed,and this paper introduce the detailed hardware composition and software design ideas.Meanwhile,the channel measurement control software applied to the TDM-based Massive MIMO channel measurement system is improved,so that the software can be perfectly used.Then laboratory verification calibration of the radio frequency switcher module and elimination of the system response are completed.The module improves the virtual antenna array into a real antenna array,and transmits the antenna array from manual switching mode to automatic switching mode.Finally,the real channel measurement is carried out.The experiment proved that the measurement system greatly reducing the measurement duration,reducing the strength of human testing and reducing the requirements for quiet measurement environment The spatial correlation between the antenna elements of the system is analyzed by the data.
