Facing the urgent need of research and development of the Marine environment,research of underwater sensor network technology develop fast as an important means for Marine region to acquire information in recent years.Considering the working efficiency in large-scale field test cost of underwater sensor network,we need using network simulation software simulate before cloth nodes.It's important for studying underwater information network to performance evaluation in the network simulation software.This paper,carrying out the related research work based on this demand.First of all,realizing underwater sensor network simulation modeling based on the OPNET network simulation platform.The main work includes: set up OPNET acoustic node model and introduce three-layer modeling mechanism.Then using wireless pipeline stages of underwater acoustic channel modeling research of underwater sensor network hierarchy,lay the foundation for the future MAC layer routing protocol.Secondly,based on the large scale clustering modeling and simulation of underwater sensor network requirements,we complete the Tri-Message time synchronization protocol within the cluster subnet.On the basis of time synchronization,we design a kind of TDMA protocol based on the features of the propagation delay time slot allocation.In this underwater sensor network simulation environment within the cluster on TDMA protocol simulation,simulation is conducted with the traditional TDMA protocol performance contrast analysis.The simulation result shows the effect of time synchronization,end-to-end delay,throughput and protocol control frame overhead.The results show that time synchronization protocol satisfies the acoustic time synchronization standards.So the TDMA protocol based on the propagation delay characteristics has better throughput performance than traditional TDMA protocol network.Then,the clumping underwater sensor network transmission to the efficient quantity of the data gathering node,we research the MAC layer mixture protocol of cluster nodes.Desigh the MACAW protocol which has virtual monitoring mechanism and multiple data frame transmission confirmation.Then,determine the retreat algorithm,design of silence and timeout algorithm and hybrid access protocol operation including 42 nodes simulation models of the whole network simulation.Compared with ALHOA protocol,the simulation results between cluster nodes are the end-to-end delay,throughput,bit error rate.And optimize the clustering of underwater sensor network traffic load configuration.Finally,according to the special requirements of underwater sensor networks,design the AOVD routing algorithms for cluster nodes.In the DSR and AODV routing protocol simulation experiment,we compare the result with delay,throughput and routing overhead statistics.The result shows that the AODV routing protocol is more suitable for large area clustering network routing requirements,it also has better performance compared with the DSR routing protocol in the end-to-end delay and routing overhead.
