Design And Implementation Of Vehicle Management System In 4S Shop

In recent years,more and more powerful car dealer group emerged with the rapid development of automobile industry in Chinese.They put forward higher requirements for automobile sales,service and management.Sale,Spare part,Service and survey are four main functions of traditional 4S car shop and the survey is the core of the four functions.This sales model has problems such as low management efficiency,poor data sharing,difficult statistical analysis and weak data consistence and reliability under the current customer oriented environment.Aiming at the practical problems existing in the current car sales for 4S shop management,this thesis design and implement a car management information system using computer software and information technology based on the full investigation of current 4S shop management demand.The system uses the current mature three tier software architecture and include automotive maintenance management,customer reservation management,car regular maintenance management,customer information management,and other major functional modules.After implementing the basic functions,some key technologies are researched and applied,including the vehicle license plate image information automatic management and identification using neural network method,traffic control and car information management and the security of customer information using the confidentiality of Zu Chongzhi.Finally,the system is tested.The test result show that the system meet the general demand of car sales,service and management for 4S shop.The system can be helpful to improve the management and service efficiency and safety for car sales 4S shop.This thesis has practical value and reference significance for car sales 4S shop to promote the scientific and precise level.
