| The memristor is a kind of circuit component with "memory" function. The artificial neural networks that use memristor to simulate neural synapses is called memristive neural networks(MNNs).Compared to traditional artificial neural networks,MNNs can better simulate functions of the human brain. In addition, synchronization is a dynamic behavior that describes the overall coordination of two or more systems, playing an important role in image encryption, secure communication, and other aspects. It is one of the key research directions of MNNs.The paper focuses on the synchronization control of MNNs and its application in image encryption. The main research contents as follows:(1)The adaptive synchronization problem of inertial memristive neural networks(IMNNs)with unbounded distributed delays is studied.Firstly, the inertia term and unbounded distributed time delay are introduced into the MNNs to establish IMNNs with unbounded distributed time delay.Secondly,an adaptive switching controller is designed based on the adaptive control strategy. Then, the Lyapunov functional is constructed.Several sufficient conditions for the response system and driving system to achieve adaptive synchronization are obtained using inequality techniques. Finally, the obtained results are evaluated through numerical simulation.(2)The event triggered synchronization problem of IMNNs with distributed delay is studied.Firstly,a model of inertial MNNs with distributed time delay is established.Secondly,Based on the event-triggering control strategy,a synchronization controller is designed, and two event-based control schemes are proposed with static event-triggering condition and dynamic event-triggering condition. Then, the Lyapunov functional is constructed and Young inequality technique is used to synchronize the inertial MNNs with distributed time delay. Finally, the obtained results are evaluated through numerical simulation.(3)The projection synchronization problem of inertial memristive delay neural networks(IMDNNs)with reaction-diffusion term is studied.Firstly,IMDNNs with delay and reaction diffusion is established.Secondly,a projection synchronization controller is designed based on the state feedback control strategy. Then, the Lyapunov functional is constructed.Several sufficient conditions for the projection synchronization of the system are obtained by using inequality techniques. Finally, the obtained results are evaluated through numerical simulation.(4)The application problem of synchronization control of MNNs in image encryption is investigated. An image encryption scheme is designed based on IMNNs adaptive synchronization control with unbounded distributed time delay, and verify the effectiveness of the scheme through a simulation example. |
