With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the urban floating population has increased dramatically.However,facing a rapidly rising house-price low income migrants and urban dwellers are often discouraged from buying houses.Therefore,the demand for rental housing and rental housing are facing a large demand,Due to the information asymmetry between the lessor and the lessee,the general rental service can no longer meet the needs of the general public.With the application of computer technology becoming more common in today's society,how to use advanced computer techniques to avoid tedious manual operation and make up the lack of intermediary units,and how to improve the efficiency of rent renting and meet the needs of users by introducing procedural,automatic and standardized results are problems to be considered.In this article,through reading a lot about rental housing system based on user intention analysis literature and data,first of all,the author analyses the present situation of the rental housing system,then the method based on user intention analysis is introduced in detail after.Based on the demographic-based recommendation and the content-based recommendation,intelligent analysis is performed on the houses recommended to users,in the hope of meeting user's needs to the greatest extent.The system aims to solve the problem of information asymmetry between two parties by establishing a mutual scoring strategy between the lessee and the lessee,and uses the hybrid algorithm of weighted collaborative filtering to get the final result recommended by the house.After that the system feasibility analysis,demand analysis,the system design and system implementation are introduced from the user analysis and function module.The development language used in the system are Java and Jsp,the development tool is MyEclipse,and the application server is Tomcat.Finally,functional testing and performance testing of the system are carried out.From the users' point of view,the main design consists of 16 functional modules:login registration,query availability information,release availability information,fill and modify personal information,recommended housing,message evaluation,the lessor and the lessee rate each other and so on.The user's record and score data are stored in the database and indexed,while the calculation of the house recommended list is performed in memory,which increases the system's response speed and satisfies the user's needs.The whole system can meet the beautiful interface,simple operation,fast response,functional and good performance characteristics,which brings a lot of convenience for the majority of users with a very good housing rental system platform for the lessor and the lessee.
