The Design And Implementation Of Internet Public Opinion Supervision System

With the coverage of network and the popularity of smart mobile devices,the network has penetrated into every aspect of our daily lives.Meanwhile,because of the network is unbounded and interactive,people can access different cultures,knowledge and accept mutual exchange of views on the net.However,it is these characteristics of the network,making the network to be where cultural cohabitation,the spread of harmful information,and even make the network becomes a breeding ground for criminality.A growing number of groups of online events,outbreaks in recent years,have raise awareness of the monitoring network and the importance of public opinion monitoring.Public opinion is referred to the opining in public network,and usually refers to the sum of the masses of the people,as a social subject,for some event or some social phenomena demonstrated by the views,attitudes,visions and emotions.The main sources of opinion are forums,blog,post,reply etc.Analysis and processing of public opinion are of great help to solve something.From the company's point of view,it is used to get public opinion to monitor industry trends,brand reputation and consumer reviews,and gives data support for the right strategic decisions of the company in future the future of the company.At the same time,for the government departments,especially the public security sector,network opinion monitoring can better control the development of public opinion,and play a positive role in the crime prevention,maintain the people live in peace and social stability.Public opinion research and development network monitoring system have become a requisite thing.In this paper,according to the functions,the system can be divided into four parts:data capture,data pre-processing,data analysis and Heterogeneous Data Integration to complete the public opinion monitoring tasks after research and analysis.The technologies include web crawler and the vertical search engine in the part of data capture,Chinese word segmentation and text classification in the part of data pre-processing,hot spot detection and tracking and text orientation analysis in the part of data analysis.We also introduce heterogeneous database integration into the public opinion monitoring system in order to share data among the public security departments,as well as other organizations and the third party databases,greatly improve the value of those data.Finally,we implement the system article to achieve real-time monitoring of network public opinion situation.Experiment show the system is effective,and we can grasp the situation of public opinion for the public security departments,control public opinion,and help maintain social harmony.
