With the rapid development of the Internet,the number of Internet users has grown rapidly,and the exchanges of Internet users have become more frequent.China's Internet has become the largest and most diverse media and public opinion platform.In this process,the collection of social sentiments and their public opinion has produced grievances.The enormous public opinion power accompanying social grievances cannot be ignored by any department or institution,so it is necessary to monitor the Internet public opinion for controlling and guiding this power.Because of its characteristics in the Internet environment,social public opinion have some problems such as appearing suddenly,difficult to predict and hard to control.Therefore,the monitoring and analysis of public opinion have become a research hotspot in the public domain.In the agricultural sector,most of the existing agricultural public opinion monitoring are based on agricultural portals and cannot meet the monitoring needs of social networks.The analysis of social public opinion can make up for its shortcomings well,prevent the excessive fermentation of negative public opinion and lead to economic losses and the passive situation of relevant departments.It is of profound significance to improve the ability to monitor public opinion on agricultural networks.Most of the sources of information on the suddenness of public opinion and the existing agricultural public opinion research come from the agricultural portal website without the comments of netizens.The web crawler technology is used to collect information on social media in order to obtain social media information in time.According to the difficult control characteristics of the network public opinion,it is processed by public opinion processing and analysis technology,the agricultural relevance classification of the network public opinion,and then index different hot topics,using the sentiment dictionary for emotional analysis,to facilitate the corresponding agriculture-related public relations deal with.Finally,design and implement the agricultural public opinion monitoring and analysis system.This article mainly carried out the following research contents:(l)For social public opinion,design Bayesian-based agricultural public opinion classification method and agricultural public opinion subject indexing based on kmeans.Firstly,analyze the structure of Sina Weibo and Toutiao,the built crawler and collect the network public opinion.Secondly,the characteristics of the public opinion are analyzed.The Bayesian algorithm is used to construct the agricultural public opinion classifier and optimize and verify.The accuracy of the experiment is 96%.Topic clustering of agricultural hotspots in lyrics.(2)Design the method of agricultural sentiment analysis based on sentiment dictionary.The emotion dictionary,degree adverb dictionary and negative word dictionary of agricultural sentiment are constructed by using Posen's sentiment dictionary.Emotional dictionary method is used to calculate emotions.The accuracy rate is verified.85.5%,which indicates that the sentiment classification method adopted in this paper has a good effect;the automatic dictionary update is achieved by unsupervised learning,which satisfies the emotional dictionary's demand for timeliness.(3)Design and implement a prototype system for agricultural public opinion monitoring and analysis systems.The acquisition module,processing module and analysis module of the system are designed and implemented.The system conducts public opinion processing and analysis through crawlable social media information,and feeds back the results of the public opinion.The data collected by the system will also be extended to the dictionary of the system through unsupervised learning.This paper design and implements the agricultural public opinion monitoring and analysis system through the treatment and analysis of agricultural public opinion for social media,which expands the scope of agricultural public opinion research and has certain application value for the guidance and control of agricultural public opinion.
