With the economic globalization and the continuous increase of China's economy,domestic enterprises have developed rapidly.In the increasingly fierce economic competition today,the survival and development of enterprises depends not only on the quality of products,but also by the company's after-sales service constraints.In today's product quality and quality homogenization,consumers no longer concerned about the product itself,began to select high-quality after-sales service company.In order to improve the after-sales service level,Sifang group needs to pay attention to the details in the service process,so it is proposed to help the company improve the after-sales service level through the service information system.The main function of this system is to complete after-sales service,spare parts replenishment and mailing,after-sales service personnel scheduling management and telephone technical support management three major functions.Needs to be done by the system,the customer service required material information management and make records for the whole process of application and approval and release of materials and mailing information,fill in the customer service personnel dispatched and the work log,customers call advisory mission and technical personnel answer record,and to do the material replenishment check encoding the function of embedded system,to achieve customer service to facilitate access to information sharing,must also can make statistics from the system after the sale of services related to the management of data.After the on-line service information system of Sifang group,because the system software sets the closed loop logic in the hot telephone module,it has fulfilled the first question responsibility system.Maintain the material information to achieve access to system parameters through the material replenishment encoding in the mail replenishment module,the customer service needs replenishment application and approval and mailing information in the whole process of the closed-loop.Scheduling management module,system and data sharing through task notification mechanism to speed up the processing speed of the task done downsizing.Management personnel through daily work 10 minutes before the scattered time according to the task to workload to confirm,do management through statements can at any time.On the line of the system,A not only reduces the service cost,but also improves the service capability and user satisfaction.
