At present,the data transmission between the UAV and the ground control station is the digital radio.However,the transmission of the radio in the city is poor,and the data link can not be established in the city building.For example,the use of UAV in major emergency-rescue and disaster-relief operations needs to monitor the flight data in a timely manner to effectively adjust the flight instructions.If we use digital radio between indoor or building block,we can't access to UAV flight attitude or GPS positioning information.So it is very important to accurately obtain the ground data of UAV in the city flight.In this paper,the GPRS data transmission module can be ultra long-distance data transmission with mobile network operators,It has a compact design,fast networking,the ability to maintain online and fast transmission speed to satisfy the long-distance transmission of UAV flight attitude data,which can realize the real-time monitoring of the UAV.This kind of module can not only be applied to the small UAV,but also to other systems which need real-time positioning and monitoring data.High efficiency,economy and stability make the data transmission module own a strong application prospect.According to the actual requirements,GPRS data transmission module designed and constructed the PCB circuit board,data transfer module integrated digital chip SIM800 C and the main control chip STM32.Then with KEIL,sscom32,Net Assist and other software for initial debugging.After succeeding in the preliminary debugging,connect the data transmission module and professional flight control PIX or APM,and testing.At last,the performance of the whole data transmission module is analyzed.The test shows that the data transmission module is stable and reliable.It can not only be applied to the UAV,but also can be applied to other systems that need to locate and monitor the data at a long distance.So it can be widely used in the field of industrial or civil wireless data transmission.
