Research On Dynamic And Customizable Report Based On Integration Of J2EE And BIRT Technique

The model of Enterprise Information System gradually transform from B/S architecture into C/S architecture with the rapid development of Web technology.As an inalienable part of Enterprise Information System,the design and development of Enterprise Reporting System faces great challenges along with the changement of architecture.Two problems to be solved urgently are integration of Reporting System in B/S architecture and how to meet requirements of user customization.This subject is through on the research and analysis of main market report tools at home and abroad,bases on B/S architecture model,and uses open-source tool-BIRT as the tool of Reporting System Expansion and design,to do a deep study on the key technology and design principle of SSH2 which is the lightweight framework of J2 EE.The system makes request control and business logic separation by using MVC design model.It was through the key analysis and study on the propagation on mechanism of BIRT report engine reporting event to realize the output of the customs making dynamic report and the rendering of the report format,to get the POJO data source of BIRT crossing database creatively.In addition,it also respectively make a design and research on dynamic reporting template,and the user visual front-end presentation layer and customization layer,discard the original packaging complex BIRT presentation layer,make a new report on previewing,exportig,paging and other multi-function display layer,to improve the responsible speed.Finally,the report making and showing were finished through the concrete application system.The system was improved and optimized by using main memory database and view.This also enhanced the user experience.In the implementation of the Customizable,dynamic report project,this subject take the thought of J2 EE architecture and advantages of BIRT technology,can dynamic designs rich report style,and realizes report custom printing using excellent print control LODOP,realize custom report and make print intelligent,meet user's demand.
