Information visualization has aroused many people's attention with the development of information technology.The problem is challenge in analyzing how get valuable information from a large number of abstract text data files use information visualization technology.Currently,in the process of use information visualization technology to mapping graph generates a lot of nodes in graph.In drawing these nodes,because of some graph layout algorithms do not take into account the node size and other factors.So,it can lead to the node overlap problem.In order to solve the problem of overlap nodes,we shall first briefly introduce the information visualization technology.Then,details on node overlap removal algorithms are discussed.We present the coulomb force overlap removal algorithm(Coulomb Force Overlap Removal Algorithm,CFORA)to solve the disadvantages of overlap node removal algorithms.The content of the CFORA algorithm is as follows: overlap node discovery and overlap node removal.The process of overlap node discovery and removal consists of two steps:(1)It uses the Delaunay triangulation technology to find overlap nodes in graph.And uses the coulomb force model and node mobility strategy to removal overlap nodes.(2)It uses the scan-line algorithm perform the second scan to find overlap nodes.And uses the coulomb force model and node mobility strategy to removal overlap nodes.In the experiment,we use the GraphViz as visualization tool and do an experiment to compare the CFORA algorithm with node overlap removal algorithms.The experiment result shows that: the CFORA algorithm solves the problem of overlap nodes.In a little time,it can makes the displacement of nodes in the direction of horizontal and vertical and the area of graph adjustment reach a better result.It can also maintain the relative position of nodes.
