The appearance of the networked control system(NCS)make a huge change for the traditional control system,It has the advantages which traditional control systems cannot match with,for example,makes resource sharing and remote monitoring become true,reduces the wiring of the system,Increases the adaptability of the system,etc.Meantime,because the existence of network-induced time delay,packet timing disorder and etc are difficult to avoid in the communication network,there are far-reaching impact and new challenge for the classical control theory.In this paper,the following aspects have been done.At first,make a research on the ship networked control system based on Ethernet,and make the design of the hardware and software of the control system,according to the principle structure of the networked control system.The hardware system is responsible for the achievement of structure of the networked control system and the implementation of the control command.The software system is responsible for the sending of control commands and the receiving of real-time feedback information.The hardware system and software system achieve the control of the ship networked control system together.Secondly,analysis and modeling of the executing agency in which the core is the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor,and taking the non-linear aspects most is friction into account.Then,analysis and modeling of the networked control system with random network-induced time delay,making a detailed analysis of the generation and composition of the random network-induced time delay,giving the mathematical model and simulink model of the networked control system.Thirdly,the paper put forward the fuzzy variable universe control method based on fuzzy reasoning of simulation of ship networked control system.Through the introduction of the stretch factor,according to the size of the input and output the paper changes the domain range of input and output variables of fuzzy controller.The paper compared of the three different control strategy,includes conventional PID control,fuzzy PID control and variable universe fuzzy control at the same time.The simulation results of three different control strategy with random network-induced time delay and without it are compared as well.Finally,the paper make the design and implementation of the hardware system and software system of the ship networked control system.The hardware system realized the transmission and exchange of the information on Ethernet,which mainly composed of RTU(Remote Terminal Unit).The software system realized the speed control and real-time display and ect,which is designed by ASP.NET.
