The effect of crisis information dissemination is influenced directly by the information adoption behavior of social media users in public crisis,whose effective adoption of crisis information can promote social media users to accept correct information and refused to false information,thereby reducing the severity of the crisis situation.Using empirical analysis method,this paper verifies the direct or indirect influence of various factors involved in Crisis Information adopt behavioral models on the adoption of social media user information behavior,in order to draw a scientific guide social media users take the advice of crisis information correctly,so as to promote efficient dissemination of crisis information.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of social media and information behavior of public crisis.The paper explores the positive and negative impact of social media on public crisis information dissemination through analysis social media development and current situation of crisis in public information behavior.Secondly,through the analysis of relevant theories,extracting the factors affecting social media user adoption crisis information,and then puts forward the information adoption behavior of social media in public crisis related research hypothesis,and build the public social media users information adoption behavior model under Public Crisis.Model includes social impact,enabling conditions,perceived risk,information usefulness,information adoption intention and adoption behavior and population statistics and other factors.Next,according to the problem to be studied was studied design.In weibo as a representative of the social media has carried on the questionnaire design of empirical research,and through the paper questionnaires and online in two ways.Then,the resulted data conducts reliability analysis,validity analysis,structural equation modeling analysis and analysis of variance.According to the results of data analysis shows that,Social impact,enabling conditions and the information usefulness will positively affect adoption intentions of social media users or public crisis information,and through the adoption intention to influence the actual adoption behavior;Adoption intentions can directly affect adoption behavior;perceived risk will negatively affect adoption intentions of social media users or public crisis information,and through the adoption intention to influence the actual adoption behavior;At the same time,the different population statistic also affects social media users perception of crisis information of each attribute.Finally,according to the research conclusions,this article puts forward four kinds of scientific guiding social media user to correctly adopt the information of recommendation,Namely to create a good social atmosphere through training opinion leaders and the establishment of real-time communication platform in two ways;by improving user information literacy to enhance the user's enabling conditions;From network operators to improve the system and the user's real name and training and guidance of two kinds of methods to improve user risk assessment judgment;standardize the quality of information from carriers crisis,the government and the media in three dimensions.This article research has enriched the research content in the field of crisis information,the crisis information adoption behavior research has certain theoretical significance.At the same time,this article for the correct boot social media users to adopt crisis information provides suggestions to cope with the situation,to improve the social media user crisis information behavior has some practical significance,also for building a social media crisis information dissemination model laid the foundation.
