The cross-domain knowledge has some characteristics,such as heterogeneous structure,multiple knowledge sources and weak knowledge relevance,so that knowledge service is facing a great challenge.But implicit and valuable knowledge could be obtained from multiple and heterogeneous knowledge sources when knowledge fusion was applied to multiple domains.Although geographic information in Geodatabase is abundant,but there is no semantic between them leading to difficult knowledge sharing.Ontology can provide semantic relevance between knowledge,so the knowledge usually organized by ontology to solve the problem that the heterogeneous of cross-domain knowledge.Therefore,how to use ontology to organize the geographic knowledge in Geodatabase and how to realize the knowledge fusion between geographic knowledge and knowledge in other domains are need to be solved which can realize cross-domain knowledge sharing and provide accurate knowledge service.The transformation between Geodatabase and Geo-ontology was researched for the problem that Geodatabase lacks semantics.AEXTrans,GXTrans and GJTrans three transformation methods were proposed for better application of Geo-ontology according to the three indices.The three indices are the description language of Geo-ontology,the efficiency of data transformation and the storage mode of Geo-ontology.What's more,only geographical entity has spatial relationship.So in order to take full advantage of the precise address and geometry information in Geo-ontology,a cross-domain knowledge fusion method was proposed based on spatial relationship model.At First,RDF language was used to descript the cross-domain knowledge in this method and the individuals in ontology were converted to knowledge element set.Then,the semantic similarity was used to realize the knowledge element matching and the calculation formula of spatial relationship was used to realize the knowledge element fusion.In the end,the new knowledge element was wrote into the ontology based on the expression of new knowledge element.In order to verify the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper,taking 1:50000 GDB database of Hainan Province as data source.Firstly,the experiments were carried out on AEXTrans,GXTrans and GJTrans.Then,the query efficiencyexperiments of the storage mode adopted in the three data conversion methods were tested.Finally,the travel ontology was built according to the knowledge in the Internet and the Geo-ontology was obtained from the transformation method of GJTrans.Then,the knowledge fusion was realized between travel ontology and Geo-ontology and the query experiments for the fusion result were tested.The experiment results show that the fusion method could realize the sharing of cross-domain knowledge and solve the problem that the result is inaccuracy of keyword query.
