The Application Of Face Recognition And Tracking Technology In Social Security

Face detection is a key step in automatic face recognition system.Early face recognition research is mainly aimed at the face image with strong constraints(such as no background image).It is assumed that the position of the human face is always obtained,so the problem of face detection has not been paid attention to.With the development of electronic commerce and other applications,face recognition and tracking has become the most potential biometric verification method.It requires that the automatic face recognition system can recognize and track the general image,which makes face detection an independent subject of attention by researchers.Today,the application of face detection has been far beyond the scope of face recognition system.It also has important application value in content-based retrieval,digital video processing,video detection and so on.At present,China's social insurance industry is in a stage of rapid development.The coverage of social insurance is more and more wide,and the number of contributors to social insurance is increasing rapidly.However,according to the reports and surveys,social security fraud in recent years is very serious,and brings big crisis to the insurance fund.According to statistics from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security,insurance frauds accounts for about 3% of the national social security fund.That means about 115 million yuan of pension funds flows each year in our country.If the technology of face detection and tracking is being applied in the area of qualification authentication of pension claim,more than 100 million yuan can be saved.This paper analyzes the application of human face recognition and tracking based on an experiment by skin color modeling,Gaussian background modeling,artificial neural network,filtering processing and eyes match processing.The paper introduces the application and advantages of face recognition and detection system in human resource and social security management.
