With the rapid development of information technology,Internet is playing an increasingly important role in studying and working.The limitations of the traditional teaching included that recruiting teachers is subject to geographical restrictions in some degree,and traditional teaching needs to be taught at a fixed time and also depends more on human resources to popularize.The characteristics of the network teaching included course resources can be referenced by multiple courses.Learning records can be permanently saved and the teachers cover unlimited.The Internet can let everyone as a teacher.Teaching haven't site constraints,and online education allows knowledge to spread more freely,So that person can learn anytime,anywhere.Online education offers a wide range of courses for users to consider their choose.Learner can find the most interesting content,and network teaching can fully break the phenomenon of uneven educational resources and reduce the teaching cost.Thus,the development of network teaching resource management system is very necessary.Network teaching,resource management as the core,combined with information technology,the system provide teachers,students,and administrators with an environment for teacher teaching,online learning,and resource management,which is a supplement to the traditional teaching mode.Firstly,understanding relevant literature study the background significance of this system.Then,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the network teaching resource management system at home and abroad,and planing the main points of this paper.Introducing the core technology,the BlackBoard platform and recommendation algorithm.According to actual needs,analyzing and researching achieving value and meaning of the system in terms of the technical and economic feasibility.The system is carried out requirements analysis based on content resource management,online communication management,examination function management,basic service function management,online learning and bulletin management.Optimizing and enriching the BlackBoard platform design rational systems to meet the actual needs.Combining with a variety of recommended algorithms planning a reasonable course for the user,learning the management of curriculum resources,teaching evaluation and designing a reasonable database.Finally,the whole system page prototype implemented and tested.Using a variety of ways to detect potential system defects,and to form final test reports.The system can greatly meet the needs of online learning,teaching and resource management solving online teaching,teaching resource management problems,saving teachers a lot of time and improving work efficiency.Enhancing the academic exchanges between schools,sharing curriculum resource,and facilitating the teaching of teachers.Students are actively involved in learning.The teachers and students is rescued from the dogmatic daily work.Students can learn in their free time and have more autonomy.The main work of this paper includes:(1)Adopting SSH framework to design and implement the network teaching resource management system and participating in teachers and courses recommendations;(2)The BlackBoard platform theory was introduced into the network teaching resource management system.Designing a full-featured,high performance,perfect scalability and low coupling of online teaching platform.
