With the popularity of the network and the advances in video technology,video traffic in the proportion of network traffic shows explosive growth.Video service is characterized by a large amount of data,so the real-time transmission bandwidth it needed is much higher than the general voice and data services.Internet is a best-effort service and the bandwidth can fluctuate frequently.HTTP-based adaptive flow Media transmission technology can adjust the video rate adaptively according to the channel bandwidth,so that users get the best quality of experience,which is the mainstream development direction of Internet-based video service technology.Adaptive selection algorithm is the core of adaptive streaming media transmission system.For 2D flat video,this paper designs an adaptive selection algorithm centered on three input fuzzy controllers,which includes normalized throughput,buffer state and buffer change.In fuzzy control,fuzzy categorical domain is used to instead traditional digital domain and subjective experience reasoning is used in place of accurate mathematical model,to reduce the choice of video quality due to the limited encoding level of the server and the unpredictable network throughput.The error between the network throughput and the hard-switching threshold is alleviated to a certain extent.By adding the buffer change as the input parameter,the problem that the traditional fuzzy controller always leads large fluctuations of the video quality can be solved.Based on the Libdash simulation platform,the performance of the proposed algorithm in four typical network environments is simulated and analyzed.The results show that compared with the traditional algorithm,the proposed algorithm can provide users with better quality video streaming service with better quality and more gentle fluctuation under various network channel conditions,and can provide users with better video viewing experience quality.In addition,this paper also explores the adaptive transmission mechanism of 3D stereoscopic video network,and proposes a 3D video adaptive transmission scheme based on fuzzy control.
